Fibres can be specified in the Modeler as part of the Deck Property Information. This is done on the Composite Floor System tab of the PropTable - Decking command. When Kingspan Multideck 50, 60 or 80 decks are selected, an option to specify that the concrete is Reinforced with Dramix Steel Fibres is enabled. When Corus or Tegral ComFlor 43, 51, 60 or 80 decks are selected, an option to specify that the concrete is Reinforced with FibreFlor is enabled. Select that check box to specify the use of fibres. Note that the option is only visible when Kingspan Multideck or Corus or Tegral ComFlor is selected.

When the fibre option is selected, the deck label will so indicate. For example, if Kingspan Multideck 60 and Dramix are specified, the deck label will be listed as "Kingspan Multideck 60 + Dramix".

When Dramix Steel Fibres are specified, the density of concrete used in the calculation of floor loads should be increased by 24 kg/m³ for normal weight and by 26 kg/m³ for light weight concrete. When FibreFlor is specified, the density of concrete used in the calculation of floor loads should be increased as appropriate.
