| Selecting the command toggles the navigation function of the arrow keys between rotate and pan modes. The F3 function key also toggles the current navigation mode. Only a single toolbar button is displayed at a time. Its icon indicates the current navigation mode.
Both Rotate and Pan modes are available when the model is being displayed in ‘3D’. When a model is displayed in plan or elevation, only Pan mode is available. Navigation is automatically set to pan mode for both of these views. See the arrow key functional descriptions for further information.
