Criteria - Star Seismic
The general properties for Star Seismic® buckling restrained braces can be defined in this dialog.
Selecting opens the Star Seismic Criteria dialog.
These values are used for all Star Seismic buckling restrained braces.
| Setting | Description |

| Cd | Deflection amplification factor |
| Fy max / Fy min | Yield strength for major and minor axis bending |
| Minimum Clearance | the Minimum Clearance refers to the distance between the column and beam flanges and the end of the brace. |
| Stiffness Modifier | This is axial stiffness modifier. Select to either Use Calculated (by the program) or Use a specific value you type. |
