If a printed map of the entire floor is too cluttered, a map of fenced regions of the floor type may be obtained with a larger scale factor.

Selecting the Reports - Map Fence command will cause the Rectangle Cursor to appear. To fence the area for the beams to be printed in the map, click and hold the left mouse button at the point defining the beginning of the rectangle, drag it to the point defining the end of the rectangle and release the left mouse button.

The Print Map dialog box will appear. Click the option buttons to indicate what will be printed on the floor map (beam numbers, designs, etc.). Enter a text scale factor (suggestions for what scale factors to use appear in the dialog box).

Selecting the Print Button causes the Print dialog box to appear. Click OK to continue printing. A diagram of the fenced region along with the information requested will be generated.

Selecting the Cancel Button will cause the print to be canceled.
