Creating a Table Based on an Existing Table
If a table was created prior to entering the Soil Table Definition dialog box, the second option, Existing Table will be available for use. From the drop down list, select a table that the new table will be based on and click Next>>.
The View/Edit dialog box will open with the values from the selected table displayed. These values can then be edited to created a new table.
Clicking the Save and Exit button will save the new table to a new file name and return the engineer to the dialog box. Once there, the table can be selected and assigned to foundations. To View or Edit the table that was generated, select the View/Edit button from the dialog box.
Clicking the <<Back button return the user to the Soil Table Definition dialog box, abandoning any data entered in the View/Edit dialog box.
The Exit button cancels the Soil Wizard command and returns the user to the dialog box with no table having been generated.
