The first four items in the Reports menu allow the engineer to specify where the output is to be sent. The engineer can choose to send output directly to the printer, to the screen, to a comma separated text file or to a viewer file format. This last option allows the engineer to later view the file, with all its formatting, using the file viewer application provided with the program. This file can also be delivered, along with the viewer, to anyone wishing to view the report.
