The View - Measure Distance command is used to display the distance and angle (with respect to the global X-axis) between any two points.

In Plan view, click on the first point; the coordinates will be listed. Click on the second point; the coordinates, Distance and Angle will be listed. Continue by selecting new pairs of points.

Select the Close button to terminate the command. Selecting another command will also terminate the command.
