There are two options for entering user-defined load combinations. The engineer can either type in the designed combination information or can copy and paste combinations from the load combination generator.

If information is typed in, the user must select either "Concrete" or "Soil" in the first cell of the grid to indicate whether the load combination should be applied to the concrete or the soil. Factors are then typed in and a load case is selected from the combination drop down.

Combinations can be selected or de-selected for use in the design of foundations by checking or un-checking the checkbox beside a combination. A checkmark in the check box indicates that the combination will be used in design.

Exit the dialog by clicking OK or Cancel. Clicking OK saves the combinations entered while clicking Cancel abandons any changes made since the dialog was entered.
