Also note that:

• Orography factor c_o is calculated at building height (h) when it is used for peak velocity pressure, q_b
• Peak velocity pressure q_b is calculated at z_e, reference height, which is defined in Figure 4.
• In calculation of structural factor c_sc_d (or c_s and c_d), quantities are calculated at z = z_s = 0.6h, where h = building height
• Local pressure coefficients (applies for loaded areas of 1 m²) are not taken into account. Only overall pressure coefficients (for loaded areas of 10 m²) are used.
• In calculation of c_sc_d (or cs and cd), the use of Table 4.1 might be needed. However, UK NA for EN 1991-1-4:2005 does not recognize Terrain Categories (0, I, II, III, and IV). In this case, the followings are assumed:
  • If Terrain: Country is selected, Terrain I is assumed for Table 4.1.
  • If Terrain: Town is selected, Terrain III is assumed for Table 4.1.
  • If Terrain: Sea is selected, Terrain 0 is assumed for Table 4.1.
