There are two methods for deleting mat foundation property assignments, Delete - Single and Delete - Fence.

| Delete-Single: |
- Click the Delete button. The dialog box will disappear, the Target Cursor will appear, and the RAM Modeler will enter Mat Foundation Assignment Delete Layout Mode.
- Click inside the Mat Foundation Property Assignment to be deleted. The Mat Foundation Property Assignment under the Target Cursor will be deleted.

| Delete-Fence: |
- Fence the area containing the Mat Foundation Property Assignment to be deleted. All Mat Foundation Property Assignments fully contained within the fence will be deleted.
