The status bar is located at the bottom of the RAM Frame view screen. It is made up of three smaller windows that provide information pertinent to RAM Frame.

The Message Window is located on the left side of the status bar. For several RAM Frame commands, such as View/Update, brief instructions which can assist in command usage are displayed in this window.

The Mode Window is located to the right of the Message Window. The Mode Window always displays the current RAM Frame mode: Analysis Mode (Load Case and Load Combination sub-mode), Steel Standard Provision Mode, Steel Seismic Provision Mode, or Drift Control.

The Status Indicator Light is located in the far right hand corner of the Status Bar.
