Any operations performed in the RAM Steel Beam Design module are only saved to the Database when the File – Save command is invoked in any module. This includes changes to Criteria, Design All and even Update Database in View/Update. The changes are only saved in a temporary database until the Save command is invoked. This allows the user to try various scenarios, and then discard the results. Refer to the Saving the Model Section of the RAM Manager manual for more information.
