Options - Show Property - Foundation Elevations

Options - Show Property - Foundation Elevations is a toggle command that is used to both display and remove the top of foundation elevations from the screen. Issuing the command once places a checkmark beside the menu item, indicating that the command is active. The values are then displayed on the screen. Issuing the command a second time removes the values from the display as well as the checkmark from the menu.

The Elevations are listed relative to the base of the model for foundations at the lowest level or relative to the elevation of the story below for foundations at columns at elevated levels: a value of 0.00 indicates that the top of foundation is at the same elevation as the base or story below; a positive value indicates that the top of foundation is raised above the base or story below by the amount shown; a negative value indicates that the top of foundation is lowered below the base or story below by the amount shown.

This command can be used in conjunction with the other Options - Show Property commands and with Options - Show Brace Points and Options - Show Fixity. The other Options - Show commands will automatically remove the values from the screen.

The Options - Scale Text command can be used to increase or decrease the size of the text.

The Layout - Foundations - Foundation Type- Modify Elevationcommand is used to modify foundation elevations.
