The View > Scale Text command is used to scale the text on the screen. When this command is issued, a dialog box opens, allowing the user to input a scale factor. When the dialog box is close by clicking OK, the screen is re-drawn showing the text in its new scale.

The toolbar has two additional scale text commands. The Scale Up command increases the size of the text by a set factor. The Scale Down command decreases the size of the text by a set factor. These two commands provide the user with a handy way of changing the text size quickly.
