Foundation springs at wall bases can be set according to options provided in this dialog. Springs are inserted or deleted at wall bases.

Opens when Assign > Foundation Springs > At Wall Base

To assign springs at wall bases, first select the Assign Foundation Spring option and then enter stiffness value for linear springs. Note that only linear springs in global Z-direction are inserted at chosen wall bases. Furthermore, the value entered for wall major axis stiffness is per unit length of wall. The program assumes that this wall sits on continuum spring media (like an elastic foundation) and it linearly interpolates spring stiffness value to nodes at wall bases.

To delete springs at wall bases, select the Clear Foundation Spring option and then select walls.
