Databases editing commands

The available tools for databases edition are:

Setting	Description
	This option allows to create a new group. This new group will be created in a full access user folder in a different directory than that containing the items installed by the program.
	This command adds a new table of items for the current group.
	This command renames the selected table.
	This command deletes the selected table.
	This command creates a new item for the current table.
	This command allows edition of an existing item for the current table.
	This command deletes the selected item.
	This command saves a copy of the selected block of values to be used in another table or to export them to other applications like Excel, Word, etc. This option is very useful to obtain a new item with similar data from an existing item.
	Use this option to move the selected section up the list.
	Use this option to lower the position of the section in the list.
	Use this option to export a selected group of sections to clipboard. To import items, it is more convenient to export at first, an instance of the type of item to be imported, in order to define the required fields for the definition of the item. After created/modified in a spreadsheet, copy the items to clipboard to import them.
	Use this option to restore a selected group of sections from clipboard.
	Use this option to import sections table from a *.txt format file.
	Use this option to import sections table from a *.tab format file (RSS Master Steel Tables).
	Use this option to sort sections by name within the selected group.

Note: Notice that the databases edition commands enable for operations that can be executed. Also note that the groups, tables and items contained in the databases installed by the program cannot be edited. Groups, tables and items created by the user can be edited since those are saved in read/write folders.
