To copy walls from below to above

Select the walls and choose Edit > Copy.
Choose Edit > Paste. This pastes the new wall objects in the same location as the original wall objects. The pasted walls are the active selection.
Change the Support Set property from "below" to "above" in the Wall Properties dialog box.
