To set the appearance scheme for a plan or perspective

Make the plan or perspective the active window.
Choose View > Appearance ().
Select the scheme from the list of schemes on the left side of the Appearance dialog and click OK.

Note: You can also right click to see a popup menu that includes the Appearance command.
