To create a new RAM Concept file from one story defined in an ISM repository using the local sync workflow:

1. Select either:

   iTwin Services > iTwin Services

   or

   the iTwin Services tool
   
   

   The iTwin Services sidebar window opens.
2. Select the Local Sync option.
3. Click the Pull from File button. The Setup Local Sync menu opens.
4. Click the Select button.
5. Select the ISM repository (*.ism.dgn) and then click Open.
6. Click Next to return to the iTwin Services sidebar window.
7. Click the Pull from File button. The synchronization process starts.
