An error has occurred: (a) has horizontal loads, but the structure is automatically stabilized in the X and Y directions

You cannot auto-stabilize the structure if there are horizontal loads (other than tendons).

Uncheck the Auto-stabilize structure in X and Y directions box in the General tab of the Calc Options.
Provide some lateral stability (e.g. shear walls, columns with sufficient moment connections, lateral springs, etc.).
