The Skew Reinforcement Extent tool

This tool allows you to draw a line segment that represents the desired orientation of selected Concentrated Reinforcement objects' extent line. This tool allows you to create parallelogram regions of Concentrated Reinforcement. Distributed reinforcement cannot be skewed.
  1. Select the concentrated reinforcement object.
  2. Choose the Skew Reinforcement Extent tool ().
  3. Click anywhere on the plan (but preferably near the reinforcement object)
  4. Click at a location on the plan to create a line parallel to the desired extent line.
