The "layer" clipboard mode simplifies the process of copying data from multiple layers of one Concept file to another Concept file. Clipboard data is built up from multiple objects on different layers. Each object added to the clipboard data is tagged with its source layer. When the layer clipboard data is pasted into a plan, only data that originated from the same layer as the destination plan will be pasted into the plan.
