Generate the latitude strips

Click the Generate Strips tool (

), or choose Process > Generate Strips. The design strips appear in the latitude direction.

RAM Concept uses imperfect algorithms that do not always produce acceptable span segments and span segment strips, as shown in the following three figures. You can make corrections with a number of tools

You can see this more easily if the strip hatching is turned on.
