If user transverse reinforcement is drawn within a design cross section, but is not contained in the shear core (or in the case of multiple shear cores, the largest shear core), it will be ignored. This error can be resolved by moving the user transverse reinforcement to a plan location that will intersect the shear core of the cross section.
