To rotate the entire model

Choose the Rotate Model tool (
).

Enter the rotation center point (hold down the <Shift> key as you click to rotate a copy of the model).

Enter the rotation start angle or a point to create a line to rotate.

Click on the new end point of the rotation line or enter an end angle.
