Strip Wizard uses text input to generate a model. This allows the designer to perform quick preliminary design in 2-D, or final design of straightforward structures.

Strips generated by Strip Wizard are three-dimensional, but boundary conditions are automatically introduced which effectively model 2-D behavior. All models use the finite element method.

You can use Strip Wizard to design a beam or one-way slab without many mouse clicks. It can provide an initial design of tendons and profiles, negating the need for the designer to start with a guess.
