Columns and walls restrain the floor against (post-tensioning induced) axial deformations unless you model columns with rollers and walls as "slip" walls (shear wall property unchecked).

It is unlikely that columns above restrain the floor so a roller above will generally be appropriate

Restraint generally reduces the precompression and hence increases the service reinforcement. It usually increases strength reinforcement too.
