Open the
Manage Issues dialog
().

Click the
Create icon.
The
Issue dialog opens.

Enter suitable details in the dialog.

In the
Attachments tab upload any images or take a
screenshot to attach with the punch list item.

In the
Comments
tab, add comments, if any.

Select
Apply and then
OK.
A new punch list
item is created and added to the list in the
Manage Issues dialog.
