Task Retrospective tab
The Task Retrospective tab shows information about completed tasks, and contains these charts:
- Were Tasks completed on time? - Shows how many tasks were completed on time (less than 1 week before the due date; less than 3 weeks before the due date; less than 5 weeks before the due date), and how many tasks were completed late (less than 1 week after the due date; less than 3 weeks after the due date; less than 5 weeks after the due date; more than 5 weeks after the due date).
- What % of completed Tasks were completed late? - Shows what percentage of completed tasks were completed late (less than 1 week after the due date; less than 3 weeks after the due date; less than 5 weeks after the due date; more than 5 weeks after the due date).
- Present completed Tasks by latency and discipline - Shows the number of tasks that have been completed so far, grouped by how many weeks past the due date they were completed (latency) and the associated discipline.
- How many Tasks were completed vs planned to be completed? - Shows the number of tasks that were planned to be completed compared to the number of those tasks that were actually completed.
- What Tasks are complete? - Shows the list of tasks that are complete. You can sort the list by Due Date, Latency (how late), Completed Date, Discipline, Workflow State.
