Form Settings > Properties
The Properties tab of the Form Settings dialog tab lets you edit the GPS binding of the form and also lets you specify a control to be used as the form name in client apps.
GPS Binding
Lets you set the GPS Binding of the form. By default the GPS Binding is None. You can select one of the following:
Display Name Property
Lets you select a control in the form to be used as the name of the form when the form appears in client apps. If no control is selected, the internal name of the form displays in the client apps. (The internal name of the form appears in the upper left corner of the form when editing the form.)
