When you add a control to the canvass, the control snaps into position automatically. Each control is placed directly to the right of the previous control. When there is not enough space on the canvass to the right of the previous control, the new control is placed on a new line. The controls maintain their position relative to each other if you resize the form. This lets you easily design a form that fits your target platform. This also means that the same form can be used on different screen sizes and can also react to layout changes like switching from Portrait to Landscape on a tablet.
