Opens the Program Associations dialog, which lets you set your own programs to be used when a document, associated to a particular application, is selected for opening, viewing, or marking up, instead of using the default program associations defined in the datasource. Program associations (as configured from ProjectWise Explorer) are saved in the ProjectWise database for the user you are logged in as, so you will always have the same program associations even when you log in to a datasource in ProjectWise Explorer from another computer.
