Advanced Document Creation Wizard Properties Dialog

Used to specify which document creation actions will invoke the Advanced Document Creation Wizard, and which pages on the wizard will be hidden from the user (by default, no pages are set to be hidden). Opens when you select Advanced Wizard and then click the Properties button in the Wizard Manager dialog.

Use wizard for Document > New command Activates the Advanced Document Creation Wizard when you create a document. If not selected the Create Document dialog opens instead.
Use wizard for multiple document creation Activates the Advanced Document Creation Wizard when you create multiple documents. If not selected multiple documents are created in the conventional way.
Use wizard in file import operation Activates the Advanced Document Creation Wizard when you import files from an external location (using drag and drop from Windows Explorer). If not selected the files are imported in the conventional way.
Use wizard in document paste/drop operation Activates the Advanced Document Creation Wizard when you paste (after a copy or move) or drop (after a drag) files from one folder or work area in the datasource to another. If not selected, the files are copied to the target folder without the use of the wizard.
Don’t copy attribute values from a template document By default, attribute values from the template document will be copied over to the new document when using the Advanced Document Creation Wizard. Turn this setting on if you do not want the template document’s attribute values to be copied over to the new document.
Skip 'Introduction' page If on, the Welcome to the Advanced Document Creation page does not display, and the Document Creation Wizard opens to first page of the wizard not designated to be skipped.
Skip 'Target Folder' page if folder is already defined If on, the Select Target Folder page does not display, and the Document Creation Wizard opens to next page of the wizard not designated to be skipped.
Skip 'Template' page if template is already defined If on, the Select a Template page does not display, and the Document Creation Wizard opens to next page of the wizard not designated to be skipped.
Skip 'Attributes' pages If on, the Define Document Attributes and Define Secondary Document Attributes pages are skipped, and the Document Creation Wizard opens to next page of the wizard not designated to be skipped.
Skip 'Document Properties' page if properties are already defined If on, the Document Properties page does not display, and the Document Creation Wizard opens to next page of the wizard not designated to be skipped.
Skip 'Create Document' page If on, the Create a Document page is skipped, and the Document Creation Wizard opens to next page of the wizard not designated to be skipped. If this page of the wizard is skipped and you are creating multiple documents, the wizard will automatically start over for each succeeding document.
Skip 'Completion' page If on, the Document Creation Wizard closes after the last page of the wizard that is not designated to be skipped, is satisfied.
