To Add the Create Renditions Command to the Standard Toolbar

Select Tools > Customize.
The Customize dialog opens.

On the Commands tab under Categories, select Documents.
The Create Renditions command displays in the Commands list.

Select the Create Renditions command and drag it to the toolbar.

Click Close.
