When a component is selected, the Components tab displays classes and class attributes of the selected component, relationships to other components and DGN documents in ProjectWise. When a DGN document is selected, and that document has related components, the Components tab displays the related components. If this tab does not display, then your administrator has disabled the Components feature in general.
