Typically it is not necessary to use quotation marks in the Quick Search field, however when the document, folder, or work area name you are searching for contains more than one word, and the words are separated by spaces, you must place quotation marks around the text in the Quick Search field. If you do not place quotation marks around the search text, Quick Search will treat the space between words as an AND operand (see the next section, "Using Operands in the Quick Search Field").
