To Refresh a Saved Search

Go to the
Saved Searches folder containing the saved
search you want to run.
The can be the main Saved Searches folder of your datasource, or the Saved Searches folder under a work area.

Expand the
Global or
Personal folder and select a saved search.
The search runs and the results display in the search results list.

Right-click the folder and select
Refresh, or select
.
The search runs again and the search results list is updated with any changes.
