To Run a Saved Search

Go to the Saved Searches folder containing the saved search you want to run.

This can be the main Saved Searches folder, or the Saved Searches folder under a work area.

Expand the Global or Personal folder.

Select a saved search.

The saved search runs and the results display in the search results list (document list).
