Opens the help document you are reading now...
When you are connected to the Internet, selecting Help > Contents takes you to the ProjectWise Explorer help on docs.bentley.com.
If you are offline, selecting Help > Contents opens the local help file. Specifically, it opens the ProjectWise.chm file, which loads the ProjectWise Explorer help and the other ProjectWise helps in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\ProjectWise\help folder.
