To Copy a Work Area-aware Search to Another Work Area
- Drag a work area-aware search into the or folder of another work area.

Open the new copy of the saved search in either the
Search by Form dialog or the
Define Search dialog.
Notice that the work area that the saved search looks in for documents has been updated to now look in the work area you copied the search to.
