Toggles the display of the Navigation toolbar, which lets you:

• go back to a previously selected folder, project, or datasource
• go forward, to get back to the folder, project or datasource you were in before you clicked Navigate back
• go up one level, to the parent item of the selected item. For example, if you have a subfolder selected, clicking Browse Up will jump to the parent folder. If you have the Global item selected, clicking Browse Up will jump to the Saved Searches folder.
