A Point Cloud's MIME Type Must Be '`pointcloud`'

A point cloud's MIME type in ProjectWise must be set to 'pointcloud' otherwise it will not be streamed. Typically the MIME type is set automatically on import and there is nothing you need to do. However, in some less common workflows, the point cloud's MIME type could get altered through the Document Properties dialog. If this happens, you can reset it back to 'pointcloud' through the Document Properties dialog, by selecting Advanced > MIME Type.

The View May Not Automatically Refresh, when Streaming over a WAN

When streaming point clouds over a WAN, the view refresh may not always happen automatically and in some cases you may need to click on a view to see the point cloud.
