To Open a Saved Search, from the Open Advanced Search Dialog

Open the Search by Form dialog or Define Search dialog.
Click the Saved Search button and select Load.
The Open Save Search dialog opens.
Select a saved search and click OK.
The saved search's search criteria displays in the open search dialog.
Modify the search criteria as required.
Click Apply or OK.
The search is initiated, and you are prompted to save the changes you made to the search criteria. Whether you click Yes or No, the results of the search, based on the newly modified criteria, are displayed in the search results list.
Click Yes.
The modifications to the search criteria are saved.
