Opens the ProjectWise Network Configuration Settings dialog, which can be used to:

• establish a TCP connection from the ProjectWise Explorer computer to one or more ProjectWise servers (can be ProjectWise Design Integration Server or ProjectWise Gateway Service) - Datasource Listing tab
• direct the ProjectWise Explorer computer to a ProjectWise server from which it can obtain name resolution information - DNS Services tab
• set whether or not the user can log in to a datasource that resides on a server that is not configured to use a secure connection - Security tab
• configure auto-login settings for when integrated applications are started from the desktop - iDesktop Auto-Login tab
