To Key In the Values for a Spatial Location

Select a document.
Select Document > Properties.
The Document Properties dialog opens.
Select the Spatial tab.
In the Spatial Location section, set Source to Custom.
Enter the values to define the new spatial location in the Lower Left X:Y field and in the Upper Right X:Y field.
The new polygon now displays over the background map in the Geometry View window of the Properties dialog.
Click Save, then Close.
