To Create and Save a Work Area-aware Search

  1. Open the Search by Form dialog or the Define Search dialog, and enter some document search criteria.
  2. Set the work area that you want this search to search for documents.

    Search by Form dialog: In the Folder section click the Change button to set the work area to search.


    Define Search dialog: Set Criterion Type to General Properties, set Property to Folder, then click the (...) button to the right of the Value field to set the work area to search.

  3. Save your search to the same work area you set in the previous step.

    You now have a work area-aware search.
