DMS NEW DOCUMENT

Same as File > New.

DMS NEW PROJECT

Opens the Create Folder dialog, to create a new folder in ProjectWise.

DMS OPEN DOCUMENT

Same as File > Open.

DMS OPEN ORGANIZER

Opens the Local Document Organizer, to manage ProjectWise documents you currently have checked out, copied out, or exported.

DMS REF RELOAD

Checks for updated references.

DMS REFRESH LOCALCOPY

Same as File > Refresh Local Copy (downloads other users' changes from ProjectWise, then refreshes your open DGN to display those changes).

DMS UPDATE SERVERCOPY

Same as File > Update Server Copy (save your changes to ProjectWise without checking in the DGN).

TITLEBLOCK PLACE

Used to place the cell that contains the attribute tag set in the DGN. When the cell is placed, the attribute values are automatically updated with the current values from the ProjectWise database.

TITLEBLOCK MODIFY

Opens the ProjectWise Document Properties dialog for the open document. Attribute values edited through the Document Properties dialog are saved directly to the ProjectWise database and appear in the active model when you click Save on the dialog.

TITLEBLOCK UPDATEDMS

Used to save title block attribute values edited from the active model to the ProjectWise database, after editing the values using MicroStation's Edit Tags tool.

TITLEBLOCK UPDATENOW

Used to refresh the active model to show the current title block attribute values in the ProjectWise database. TITLEBLOCK UPDATENOW is useful when you have open a master DGN with references, and another user updates the attribute values in any of those references.
