To Set Due Dates and Reminders for the Transmittal (portal)
- While working on a transmittal draft, select the Scheduling tab on the Transmittal Draft window.

Acknowledgement due date section:
Set the date by which the recipient(s) of the transmittal who are required to acknowledge must acknowledge that they have received the transmittal.
- Days after issue - Select this option if you want the acknowledgement due date to be a specific number of days after the transmittal is issued, and then enter how many days after issue that should be.
- Fixed date - Select this option if you want to set a fixed date by which you need to receive acknowledgements, and then click in the field and select the date from the calendar.
- Send reminder - Optionally, enter the number of days prior to the acknowledgement due date that you want a reminder to be sent to the recipients.
When a particular recipient's acknowledgement is overdue, both the issuer and the recipient will receive an email notification about it.

Response due date section:
- Days after issue - Select this option if you want the response due date to be a specific number of days after the transmittal is issued, and then enter how many days after issue that should be.
- Fixed date - Select this option if you want to set a fixed date by which you need to receive all responses, and then click in the field and select the date from the calendar.
- Send reminder - Optionally, enter the number of days prior to the response due date that you want a reminder to be sent to the recipients.
When a particular recipient's response is overdue, both the issuer and the recipient will receive an email notification about it.
- When finished setting due dates, click Save draft.
