Generating and Exporting Reports for Outgoing or Incoming Items
You can export information about outgoing or incoming items to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet file (XLSX). You can also run a search for outgoing or incoming items, and then export the results of that search.
The export will always include all items (including archived items) in the selected folder, regardless of the filter that is currently applied to the folder.

Expand the
Deliverables
Management node under your associated
work area.

Select the folder containing the list of items you want to export.
This can be the main Outgoing or Incoming folder or any of their subfolders (including the Search Results folder if you have just run a search).
- Right-click the folder and select Export.
- When prompted, save the XLSX file to a local folder.
