ProjectWise Deliverables Management connector for ProjectWise Explorer supports the same Windows operating systems as the version of ProjectWise Explorer you are using.

ProjectWise Explorer

ProjectWise Deliverables Management connector for ProjectWise Explorer can be installed on top of ProjectWise Explorer CONNECT Edition (versions 10.00.00.20 and later).

ProjectWise Project

A ProjectWise project in the CONNECT Center (https://connect.bentley.com) is required and is where the administrator turns on ProjectWise Deliverables Management.

You can turn on ProjectWise Deliverables Management in as many of your ProjectWise projects as you want.

Associated Work Area

To use the ProjectWise Deliverables Management connector for ProjectWise Explorer, you must first associate a work area with the ProjectWise project where ProjectWise Deliverables Management is turned on (or will be turned on).

When the ProjectWise Deliverables Management connector for ProjectWise Explorer is installed, a Deliverables Management node is automatically added under every work area in your datasource that is associated to a ProjectWise project where ProjectWise Deliverables Management is turned on.

In order to associate a work area to a ProjectWise project, the version of the ProjectWise server that ProjectWise Explorer is connected to must be ProjectWise Design Integration Server CONNECT Edition or later.

Cover Letter and Distribution Templates

The transmittal cover letter template and distribution matrix template are both Microsoft Excel (XLSX) spreadsheets.

If the administrator needs to configure either of those templates, they will need:
